Every piece is unique and one of a kind, made and signed by me.
Because everything is entirely handmade, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. There will be slight variations in color, texture and measurements. These tiny differences are what makes handmade work so special.
All of the porcelain and stoneware is food safe. While all of my work dishwasher and microwave safe, It is still always safest to hand wash. It is possible that matte glazes can be impacted by extreme acid, such as pineapple or lemon. Soaking these materials for long periods in such liquids might effect finish.
Custom work : If there is a project or piece that you have in mind but do not see in the shop please contact me, I love a collaboration and a challenge!

Shipping & Handling
All items are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise noted.
All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance.
I am happy to ship internationally, just email me to get a quote.
All custom items are made at the time of order, so please understand that there is a 8-12 week production window. Every effort will be made to send it out to you as soon as possible. For some pieces, it may be possible to rush production and/or expedite shipping for an additional fee.

Exchange Policy
Please email if you have any issues, we want you to love your order!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be sad, and will gladly exchange your item for another of equal value. Because of the handmade nature of these pieces, we can not offer returns or reimburse for the shipping costs of any exchanged items.
If you buy a piece directly from me and it breaks for whatever reason, please send along an email with a photo and I will replace it with a similar item, 40% the retail price (plus shipping if needed). Use it and love it!
In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, it is important that you keep all of the shipping materials and any damaged pieces and let me know right away. Please contact me within 2 days of receipt to arrange replacement.
